we might as well be strangers

There are those people in your life that you are excited about knowing initially, but whom, in retrospect, you wish you had never known. Their existence merely complicated situations, made you upset, and, generally, did nothing to further your pursuit of the good life. Despite the initial fun and excitement, you might as well have been strangers.
I have missed a few days of posting due to my lack of desire on Friday, and my poker pro bro last night. Now i am back.
This week should hold some great events, MAACS (our regional fine arts competition in KC) especially. All of the nazi's drama...o my...i hope that gets better. Friday at Todd's was pretty good times. It was nice hangin wit hsome people i hadn't really hung with in a long time (Scholl Speake). Susanna, you can get that rematch anytime hehe. All this, and it is VISUAL SUNDAY!
Don't we all just love this kid...oh geez, and our hopes ride partially on his shoulders.
Bucknell co-captain Charles Lee
Illionois' Dee Brown. This kid is a punk stud point guard. And i have to say it, does naming your kid Dee Brown increase his chances of being an athletic star?
Ok, i know that was kind of weak sauce as far as visual Sundays go, but hey, i was sick of searching for decent pics. Only three days of school til spring break. I need to go memorize some more Ash Wednesday for MAACS. WHo knows what break will bring...wheaton? lots of reading? nothing?...the possibilities are no where close to endless.
No DFWWotD...the last chunk i read was written from the POV of a grammatically inept pimp...or something...i'm not totally sure, but suffice it to say that the character did not use great words.

OK, what the flip, blogger is being gay...the guy in the middle picture is Charles Lee, Bucknell's co-captain, and apparently a pretty solid guard...there, take that you freaking tiny print!

Hmmm, for my own future reference and sanity, i seek to understand how "locks" can mean "smile" when the very word implies locks.. OF HAIR!! You're usage of the word ranks, an odor superceding the amount of laundry soap at Sam's Club. (sorry Thomas, i hope i didnt ruin your quote in the process!) As long as you can admit that J.R. is a jerk.. I would call that progres.. any second opinions? lol, just giving you a hard time Hannah.

Hey Sara's Li'l Bro, I'm a friend of sara and chad's from the Wheaton swim team, and the wife of the guy whom your brother-in-law and sister had many a party with while under the Wheaton pledge...figure that one out! ;)
Sara gave me acces to your blog to show some pics from a cruise your Grandma sent y'all on awhile back. I've come to appreciate your bloggings on occassion since then.
Okay, about Dee Brown, I thought you might appreciate this tidbit, Dee and his friend, Shannon Brown, who plays for Michigan State grew up playin' ball at Maywood Elementary, a rough suburb of Chicago. My husband's mom taught at that elementary school and remembers the boys playing ball in an attempt to stay off the streets. So for as far as Dee and his friend Shannon have come, there's some history about what they might have gone through to get to where they are today...now that it has gone to their heads (maybe not, I dunno).
Keep Blogging!
