sleep, ride, wait, wait, ski, shower (repeat process)

Ok, let's try this ski trip thing again, forgive me if any of this sounds like repeat from nate's blog...truth is i published it first, but blogspot was being gay...i mean dumb...anyways, i will try to give a fresh take on anything i repeat.

It was a blast. The classic skier vs. snowboarder trash talk never gets old, and it started early, as in 1am-waiting-to-get-on-the-bus-to-go-down early.
"Are you practicing the robot there?"
"Are you practicing the sit-on-your-butt?"
"At least i don't need things on both my feet to stand up."
"At least we don't have to strap in and out before and after every run."
"OK, who gets more chicks?"
"More punk-nasty chicks maybe...go be proud of your comfortable boots, we all know that's all you got."
(i actually think boarder chicks are generally pretty hot, but the large number of punk-nasty ones is annoying)

Some highlights worth mentioning include: me breaking a binding and having to ride down in the snowmobile (again...i did the same thing last year), Brittany (spelling?) Swanson going throug hone of those mesh barriers and over a cliff (she didnt get hurt), watching Melody's patience get tried by newbies, taking money--i mean playing poker with the kids from Grace Bible Church (these kids are what dreams are made of for any poker player with moderate talent...i mean you get calls with nine high, and bottom pair. The other great thing is they never make you pay when their hand rocks...you're welcome nathan. We dominated), and good chat w/mark and wendy.

This particular highlight involves an arcade game known as DDR (dance dance revolution, not double data rate you computer nerds). My friends and i usually just watch people play and make fun of them, especially if it is a guy. But this time Nathan and i got interested enough t oventure onto the game just for everyone's entertainment. it was good times. I sweated a lot. Afterwards, Hannah and Staci challenged us to a little DDR battle of the sexes. Each game contains four songs. Hannah and i alternated who picked the song each round. And guess what? I won all four rounds and even had a combo of 117 on the last one (grade=A). Hannah was crying. Nate didn;t fare quite as well, but that's for him to admit to. Sorry Hannah, i guess it was my mad Puerto Rican dance skills shining through.

There is more to tell, but not now.
